Method for Mapping

Mapping of themes, activities and SDGs will help in understanding the state of play of presently identified schemes as well as help in identifying gaps. Mapping is to take place for themes, activities, and SDGs. Since public policies and programs, as reflected in budget line-items usually address several policy objectives that cannot be disentangled from each other, schemes can fall under multiple categories of themes, activities, and SDGs.

Theme

The first critical step is to identify ‘what are the environment promoting activities. Ten themes can be considered.
